Urban Worx was assigned by our home warranty company to replace our tankless water heater. They are by far the most honest vendor we’ve dealt with in a very long time.
Hector Nunez was always prompt, arriving on time or earlier to our home when his schedule allowed. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He even identified a part that was installed by their other installers, that we actually didn’t need, based on the model and quickly advised his office.
Mike Doyle quickly initiated the refund, which was received within 5 business days.

Plumbers Hector and John of Urban Worx were wonderful! Not only did Hector call to ask if he could come early, he and John were friendly, professional, and diligent. They patiently answered my questions, and later explained the work they did. I was so impressed with their work, I asked about other potential projects and they took the time to explain what could be done and even checked my kitchen sink to determine if I could replace it. I am thrilled to find a plumbing service that is trustworthy and customer oriented. I plan to give their number to my friends and family. If it is not clear, I highly recommend plumbers Hector and John at Urban Works!
Great service on time explained everything that was going on would highly recommend Great service from Hector he’s polite friendly he knows what he’s doing. He’s quick and he understands and listens and answers. All questions explains all the work that needs to be done. Highly highly recommend.
