From the request for an estimate to the day of installation everything was very smooth. The day of installation Jessie and his helper, Michael, showed up right on time and quickly got started. Both were very professional and Jessie clearly took a lot of pride in his work and the end result showed that. They installed a new mini split in our upstairs bedroom and everything was buttoned up nicely in just under 4 hours. And the mini split works awesome! Great work by the Esser team!“

That’s funny, because two weeks ago another BIG NAME A/C company here in the Coachella Valley gave me a $1500 estimate for cleaning the ducts… TWICE that of Palm Desert AC&H. That was AFTER they were a half hour late of the 4-hour window and AFTER I called the office AND the owner to ask where the heck they were. Sheesh people, I was shocked at the mediocrity and complacency of people who work for a company who can afford billboards.“
