I cannot say enough good things about Josh and the entire Rapid Dry team. They were timely, friendly, professional, and the attention to detail was outstanding!Following the first-ever Coachella Valley Tropical Storm, my home sustained damage to both the exterior and interior. Rapid Dry came out immediately to help with the moisture remediation, and worked with me and my insurance company to help get all the subsequent repairs covered.The repairs blend seamlessly with the existing structure! Received the dreaded call that my vacation home was flooded. On the way I called Rapid Dry on the recommendation of a friend. Amanda answered the phone and was very calming. She told me her crew would arrive within 15 minutes of me arriving. Sure enough they were there. They started mitigating the water within 30 minutes and moved furniture to the garage. After the water was gone they strategically set up fans and 2 dehumidifiers. I called them in the morning and again spoke to Amanda. She walked me through what the process would be. My experience with Rapid Dry was very positive. Cary, the senior estimator, was instrumental in the quick insurance approval for the mitigation work needed on my property. All of the crew and office employees were knowledgeable and very hard workers. Thank you.
