My first time here having a gastric scan. I self parked:my bad, and was looking to find the main entrance. I asked a staff member: Chelsea, who looked like she was off work for the day. She actually took me to where I needed to be. Like, who does that anymore? I was so impressed from the start here.
I have been experiencing dizziness since mid-January and sought a second opinion with Dr. Torabi to better understand the cause. Dr. Torabi was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout my visit. He took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns and approached my case with great care and expertise.

I am an attorney and have had terrible experiences with process servers submitting false affidavits of personal service when no such service was had. I've experienced this both with process servers I've hired and in dealing with false services of my client. Stephen does not play such games and records each serve either via photograph or video. This company is incredibly professional and kind. I had a severe, painful, stressful, embarrassing breakout, and they squeezed me in the same day. The receptionist who answered the phone explained all of the services that could help my situation, went over each option available, and handled the booking quickly with such a kind and professional attitude. The location was easy to find, and the receptionist also gave me helpful tips on how to find their establishment, which made the whole process even easier.
Kaylyn did my facial, and she was wonderful. She was very thorough, asked thoughtful questions to better understand my skin, and gave me great recommendations both during the facial and for preventing future breakouts. I literally talked her ear off, and she was so patient and easy to work with. She was also very clean, walked me through every step of the procedure, and was incredibly gentle during the extractions while clearing my pores.
Leaving the salon, the inflammation from the breakout was gone, and it was no longer tight and painful. The next day, my skin had already healed dramatically. The product she recommended at the end of my facial has already worked wonders, and it’s only been a week! With the quality of service they provide and the products they use, I felt the pricing was more than fair.
From start to finish, this was a 5-star experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially if you have sensitive, acne-prone skin.

I’ve been going to Ian at Visions Organic Hair Studio for over two years now. I’ve never trusted anyone more with my hair. I don’t live in California anymore but Ian is the first person I call when Im in town. He puts up with me changing my hair every time I come in and he somehow knows exactly what I’m envisioning without even seeing a reference photo.

Very important for someone who’s new to the country/area to find that person who can do their hair the way they like it. For me it took a walk in the park where I saw a lady with her perfect stocked bob and I came up and asked her where she’d done it. I was referred to Andres and I’m happy with my hair again 😊The thing is when it’s done with a razor -even when it grows off, it still looks and feels (!) perfect! Andres deftly knows what he’s doing. And I will deftly be back here

Man this place is where it's at. Sal has the cutting skills to get your hair together. Shooting the breeze with him, while he worked, was like chopping it up with a life long friend. I flew in for a wedding, not wanting to pack my trimmers. He lined up my hair and beard and put a little fade on the hair to match up to the beard and he nailed it. I would be here routinely if I was a local. Don't sleep on this gem of a barber if you're in the area looking for a shave or a trim.

I’ve been getting manicures and pedicures for over 20 years and Better Nails is top notch! Try Tiffany she’s awesome! Don’t go to Tippi Toes Nails the service is terrible!
I am absolutely thrilled with this nail salon. Class all the way. It’s beautiful here. Calm, serene and what a way to relax by having a mani/pedi. The chairs do marvelous massages. Everything is very clean and very high-end. I’m so happy I found this wonderful place. The person in charge here is named Jennifer and she is so very kind and helpful. She fit me in with the perfect person for my problem feet. The manicure and pedicure I had done were absolute done to perfection! This is my new nail home forever. They offer many other services, as well. Please check this nail salon out as soon as you can because I can guarantee you will be thrilled, just as I was for sure.

Hal is a true artist with scissors and curls. I came in with long, thick, wavy hair ready for a major transformation, and Hal absolutely nailed it. He took his time to understand how my hair moves, watched how it wanted to curl, and cut with such care and precision — never rushing, always focused. The result? A perfectly shaped, lived-in cut that feels like me, but upgraded.
Beyond his skill, Hal is just a great human — welcoming, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure you leave feeling confident. If you have curls or waves (especially as a guy), don’t even hesitate — Hal gets it. This was hands-down one of the best hair experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

I recently had a facial at Esthetics by Lynn and had a wonderful experience! Lynn uses Korean skincare products, and my skin felt incredibly hydrated, refreshed, and glowing afterward. What I appreciated most was the education I received during my appointment — Lynn took the time to explain products and gave very helpful advice for my home skincare regimen, which I truly value.
Her spa is also in a very convenient location in Rancho Mirage, making it easy to get to. I highly recommend Esthetics by Lynn and will definitely be referring her services to friends and family!

SUNSTONE SPA REDEFINES THE SPA DAY!!!!!
Although I have lived close to The Spa at Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa for many years I have never visited their Spa before but wanted to beat the heat here and decided to try it out. The customer experience from the first touchpoint on the phone thru to the goodbyes when I left at the end of my spa day truly EXCEEDED my expectations and I don’t say that easily. Having had wonderful spa experiences from Hawaii to Greece and Portugal among other places having my mind blown right around the corner from my home was truly unexpected. The day pass to use The Spa was a reasonable $68 for the full day which started at 9am and is good thru closing at 7pm the day I was there. I was warmly greeted at the front desk and given a aluminum bottle of water to use during the day (there are water stations everywhere throughout the spa building) and a special pouch for small items like jewelry or keys etc…. that sometimes get left behind in lockers. From there I was escorted into the Women’s Area that is truly spacious and SPOTLESS! From the locker area to the bathroom areas that they have stocked with everything you need from makeup remover clothes to face serum, face lotion, face toner, etc… you are not lacking a thing including hair dryer, curling irons and other items you can request at no charge. The showers offer a private studio for you that includes body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body gel and both a traditional as well as a large rain showerhead. Once you go into the women’s only spa area you are greeted with many choices from a dry sauna to wet sauna (eucalyptus and mint where infused the day I was there) as well as a salt chamber they start for you with a 10-minute private session included in spa day price!. The jacuzzi is large and surrounded by seating so you can have a lovely chat and catch up with friends and family. The staff is constantly cleaning so when I say the area is spotless, I mean SPOTLESS. You can also lounge in the co-ed lounge that offers lovely hot teas, spa water and a host of healthy/yummy snack like dried apricots, date cookies, trail mix and other items to quench your light appetite again at no added cost. There is of course a full menu of food and beverages that can be ordered via staff as well. Our 5 hours there went by in a blink of an eye and I will be a regular from now on for sure. Whether you are in the area to visit or you are a local like me The SPA IS A MUST FOR SPOILING YOURSELF & LOVED ONES!

They are always on time, are super professional and make our home sparkle in such a way that we are smiling for weeks! They have even taught us cleaning tricks we use in our every day cleaning! Yvonne and Patti were here most recently, and cleaned our home after having weekend Thanksgiving guests - we were exhausted from the week, and the ladies turned our home into a space where we could relax and recharge, thank you! I was able to get an appointment right away to fit my schedule. Very professional and warm reception and staff. As a new patient, I was given a tour prior to my appointment so that I could see both the medical and cosmetic facilities and the services offered in each. Dr. Roberts listened to my concerns and gave me suggestions for treatment. I had a medical procedure done in office and had follow-up care explained as well as being given written instructions. Prior to leaving, I was also given trial sizes of various products to try at home. I'll be back!
