I am so happy how Tom is turning out for me. Hard worker, polite and lets me know if theres anything I should be concerned about. Just out of curiosity did Hector train him. After so many years with Hector he spoils you who I'm sorry you lost. I will miss him but Tom is great so far and thank you. I do not pay him like I did with Hector so I guess I receive a bill from you. The next time please ask tom to let me know when he's leaving as I had some cold drinks for him especially in this weather. Thank you........Jerry
Still feel the sam he seems to be a good person I'm pleased.
Angel was our technician and he was wonderful! He explained everything so we could clearly understand what he was going to do and what products he was gonna use. We felt he treated our home with care concern and respect as if he was working on his own. He did an outstanding job and Truly Nolen Is lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
