Everyone was very nice. Three men came to do the work. They worked fastI was told the job would take 4 to 5 hrs. It took them about 3 hours. The termite was back in the evening but I had been told that it might happen and to call if it were happening after 2 weeks.
Very knowledgeable in regard to the questions I asked. Gave us in-depth information why we needed what we did and where he was placing pest control strips. We have had another service here in the valley and also have one at our home in Minnesota. Our experience from sales to applications was by far out performed the other two. Genuinely care and took time in explanation about "pests"!
