Grayco repaired my illuminated address sign on my house. While the electrician was there, I asked about stringing color party lights in my backyard. The electrician set us up with their company designer. The designer was great! He suggested upgrading the landscape lights instead of stringing party lights. We did it, and we love it. The designer provided all the paperwork that our HOA needed to approve the architectural request. 5-stars for repairing my address light. 5-stars for beautifying our backyard. 5-stars for fast service.
GrayCo Electric sent out Jaimen to install an exterior GFI wall plug,He was prompt, knowledgeable and easy to talk to,His work was very clean and neat,I would recommend Jaimen n Grayco Electric for any electrical issues.
Jaimen is now my electrician for life! He was courteous, professional, and he explained everything to me before starting work. But, one of the most impressive things about this service call, he was honest about costs. I even told him I expected the bill to be about 50% more than he estimated. He could have taken advantage of that. Instead, he was honest and stuck to his initial estimate even though the scope grew a bit. This is a great company!
