“Our burner had failed on our AO Smith water heater. I had contacted another company who told me that my water heater was out of warranty (it wasn't) and pushed me to buy a completely new unit. The other suggested company on the AO Smith website was Best Tec. From when I called the scheduler to the job completion, the work and service were exemplary! I was called to say they were ten minutes out and they arrived within 5 (before the official appointment time).
Logan and Marciano started work straight away and were done in under an hour! Everything was tested and checked to make sure all was OK. They were very pleasant, helpful and careful with their work. I was charged less than half the other company had quoted for the same work.
