I had a great experience at Picazo Tattoo Studio with Fernando. I came in with a very detailed tattoo concept that had a lot of personal meaning, and he took the time to understand the vision, placement, and overall flow. The black and gray realism, shading, line work, and attention to detail came out amazing.
