When I first called, Larry Palmer got back to me within minutes and worked me into his schedule. His guys were on time, as promised. They were a good team, they did great work, and they treated me well from the moment they arrived. Also, thank you for pushing their next service call back a bit so that they could finish everything that needed to be done; and, thank you for being dependable and doing such a good job. I can see why you get virtually all 5-star reviews on Yelp. Now I am adding this 5-star review to your long list of satisfied customers.

Palmer Electric is the best in the business. Larry was very upfront with scheduling and being 2 weeks out before he could perform the job. During that 2 weeks I had another electrician and a general contractor try to remediate the wiring deficiencies at my house but were unsuccessful. When Larry did come on the date as promised, he was able to find the solution, although not easy. It was very impressive seeing him problem solve after watching the others get frustrated and giving up. He also had his team show up at another property I was working on the same day because of a cancellation to fix an inoperable fan(broken receiver). I have had terrible luck with most local electricians over the years so was thrilled to find Palmer Electric. Larry is very responsive and each of the three electricians who have been at my house over the past year have been friendly, courteous, and competent. They're on time, communicative, and professional. I can't say enough good things.
