I have a white sofa and light colored chairs and a light rug, and Richard did a fantastic job, my sofa xhairs and rug look like new.and my bedroom carpet looks great as well.. he 1st came on the initial visit and after seeing our furniture and carpet , Richard asked if he could come back so he would have full tanks and enough of the cleaning solution in order to insure that the sofa came out perfect, and It did.. we also got a great price and great communications, I used the chat and it worked out out perfectly and the responded almost immediately.Bottom line I will definitely use this company and I will definitely ask for richard.
