Let me just start with "Happiness as I walked through the door looking at clients smiles , stylist faces and then catching a look in the mirrors as I was walking in to greet my new stylist and I was smiling, and somewhere half way through I knew that my hair had found a home! After a long lock down with everyone that was working had to find their homes also and now I knew where they went and now I know where I will be. This was my first time going to Roots and Mane, and I know for certain that I will be returning. I went to Katie Jansma with a vague idea of what I wanted for my hair, and she absolutely made the magic happen! I felt totally at ease and that I was in the hands of an absolute master. She took her time making sure that the color turned out perfectly and charged my phone, gave me water, and engaged in pleasant conversation. I was so incredibly happy with the final result - and Katie seemed just as excited as I was! Her spirit is positive and joy-filled - it is absolutely infectious.
