B-OK Locksmiths is GREAT! I called Door Pros first but they said they had a 30 day wait (maybe stop your constant TV ads?!), so I called B-OK Locksmiths because of their ads in past (Family ad with the 2 kids dressed up, one in a bow tie). They came out the next day, Isaac arrived early after a call to ask if it was ok, and did a great job. Isaac was professional, explained options clearly, and took care of what could have been a complicated deadbolt lock on a metal exterior door. It works great now and they held true to the prices I was given the day before. Nice, honest, family business.

Isaac did a great job changing my locks and replacing my gate locks since the person who still had those keys was evicted several months ago. So thank you very much for your important help here!

I was locked out of my garage and the door openers wouldn’t work, my friend suggested I call B-OK. I called this morning and they were so awesome they came straight away. Felipe was my technician and he got the door opened and helped me with my door openers. He was timely, professional and could not have been any nicer.I’m so thrilled to get customer service! Thank you Felipe and staff at BOK. You will be the first to be called if I have any other door problems!
