I brought my very anxious chiweenie in for a nail trim and warned the staff ahead of time that she can be extremely difficult. They immediately reassured me and told me to walk in anytime. Colton took her right away, and as expected, she put up quite a fight. She even ended up soiling herself—and the staff—during the process.
Despite that, everyone was incredibly kind and patient. They gave her a complimentary bath, treated her gently, and made sure she felt comfortable the entire time. She came back to me clean, calm, and with her nails trimmed perfectly short.

We finally found a groomer that is able to keep our doodle looking like a doodle. Customer service was top tier . They kept in contact with us on how our boy was doing during his first visit to Friendly Groomer. We highly recommend them !
I rarely post reviews, but Andrea has been magical with my SUPER ANXIOUS dog. He was IMPOSSIBLE with previous groomers. Several would not take him after the first visit. He LOVES Andrea. For me, she is the best groomer possible… and she does a great grooming!
