I have a white sofa and light colored chairs and a light rug, and Richard did a fantastic job, my sofa xhairs and rug look like new.and my bedroom carpet looks great as well.. he 1st came on the initial visit and after seeing our furniture and carpet , Richard asked if he could come back so he would have full tanks and enough of the cleaning solution in order to insure that the sofa came out perfect, and It did.. we also got a great price and great communications, I used the chat and it worked out out perfectly and the responded almost immediately.Bottom line I will definitely use this company and I will definitely ask for richard. “The first tech did not do a great job on cleaning my sofa. I called after everything was dry to state that parts of the couch looked no cleaner at all. Another tech was sent the very next day & did get most of it lots cleaner as well as explained why there was one area of the seat cushions that was next to impossible to get perfectly clean.The time frame for each appt. was between 11-6 & I was told I would receive a phone call 30 minutes in advance. I got a text at 10:25 am on the first visit stating the tech would be there in 9 minutes. I wasn’t home yet so I called the office & asked them to relay to the tech that info - they never bothered. The tech called me to say he was at my place & when I said I was 10 minutes away (he arrive at 10:35), he said no problem & he would wait. The next morning, I also received a text about 9 minutes before the arrival but thankfully, I was home. The 30 minute heads up only applies if they’re not already in your HOA!!! The 7 hour window is ridiculous as they have to know the afternoon before how many people are ahead of you & what each of those jobs entail. Thankfully, I was taken care of at the beginning of the window & not the end!!Service: Upholstery cleaning“
