“I am so delayed on giving these people the 5 stars they deserve (because it goes beyond the business itself). My girl is “little Layla” and she loves seeing all of her friends here, including the staff. I am such a helicopter mom, but I know my girl is in such great hands here. Everyone is so beyond pleasant and kind. I keep a little peep on her from time to time when she’s in the Village Pup’s care and she always has a waggy tail. When I say “are you ready for buh byes to go see your fwends?” She knows exactly what that means. Both her and I are always happy to come here. “I brought my very anxious chiweenie in for a nail trim and warned the staff ahead of time that she can be extremely difficult. They immediately reassured me and told me to walk in anytime. Colton took her right away, and as expected, she put up quite a fight. She even ended up soiling herself—and the staff—during the process.

Despite that, everyone was incredibly kind and patient. They gave her a complimentary bath, treated her gently, and made sure she felt comfortable the entire time. She came back to me clean, calm, and with her nails trimmed perfectly short.
