I was quoted a fair price for the vent cleaning, and the technician completed the work efficiently in just under two hours, taking care to explain that some of the blockage was due to accumulated dust over several years. After comparing with a previous service used last year, I found their thoroughness and transparency a pleasant surprise.
I was initially concerned about the time it might take, but the technician identified a faulty capacitor and wrapped up in about an hour with clear explanations. His methodical approach reassured me that the solution would hold.
