The team was able to complete the installation quickly and efficiently, within a week of the customer's request. Another customer had a great experience working with Distinctive Flooring for their entire house. George was able to provide a better price on higher quality material compared to other places, and was willing to work within the customer's budget. The customer was very satisfied with the final result. However, there was one instance where a customer scheduled an appointment for a flooring estimate with Angel, but George did not show up at the designated time. The customer was unable to reschedule as they were only in town for a limited time and had to go with another contractor.

Angel At Distictive Flooring was an absolute gem and savior during my remodel process. She is expert with tile layout, grout color, paint color, and her attention to detail was super impressive. Her team is, as well, professional, and very good at what they do.
Distinctive Flooring just completed a Luxury Vinyl floor installation in our Palm Desert Condo. From start to finish they were very professional and delivered on every promise they made. I had originally selected one product based on input from my own designer, however, once Charles surveyed the situation, he suggested we needed a thicker product to match the stone that was in place (and going to stay in the unit).
