Apparent bait and switch pricing Scheduled cleaning online. Confirmation email: 1 1 Area Clean (RM) 102.00 102.00 1 Minimum Charge Clean ($25 Off Any Service): 25.00 Tax: 0.00 Total: 132.00 When (the very friendly & professional) technician arrived I was advised that I had scheduled a full room w/w carpet, and the (smaller) area rug would be a higher price. This makes no sense as the 15x14, 210 SF area rug is a smaller space than the 18x19, 342 SF room. The cleaning confirmation email quoted the price at $132, I was ultimately charged $281. Wow!!! I cannot express my appreciation for this amazing company, and professional employees! I contacted Liz via telephone with concerns for my parents air ducts, and requested a duct cleaning. Liz was amazing, and was able to schedule us with Caesar immediately. Caesar came to our home for an estimate, and was on time, friendly and professional, and made an appointment for the duct cleaning the very next day. Technician Manny showed up on time, and was beyond amazing. He explained that my parents air ducts were free of any dust or debris.
