Rudy got right to work fixing my whirlpool washing machine. He was very professional and polite. He diagnoses the problem, ordered the parts and fixed the washer.I am very pleased and will be calling this company again for any appliance repairs.

Nikita reached out to me after I downgraded my review. He offered an adjustment that I accepted and I am very happy all around. I'm a business owner, too. Sometimes customers aren't happy or don't understand something. That's life, it happens. It's what you do next that counts. Nikita made it right. That's good business!

I heard a faint beep-beep-beep.... turns out our refrigerator had stopped cooling/freezing. It was a Saturday and the first 2 places I called couldn't come to investigate until Monday. Quick N'Easy however sent Lenny over that day. He was FANTASTIC! Lenny explained the problem and did the repair that day. There was a follow up repair needed and without question, Quick N'Easy had Lenny back over to fix it. The whole process was effortless and easy. The price was higher than I expected but Marie was able to explain and justify satisfactorily so we were glad to pay it.
