Javier did some plumbing work at my mom's house, and I was very pleased. He went above & beyond to do the job right, and even fixed something outside that he noticed was leaking, which wasn't part of the original job. The price was very fair, and we'd use him again. Would recommend.

Brightwater is a fantastic company. Easy to communicate with, straightforward pricing, and quickly scheduled an install date to that worked around my schedule. Barrett explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. Professional installation which turned out even better than I was expecting. Go with this company you will be impressed with their service.

I needed a few plumbing things done around the house and asked Brightwater for an estimate. They were upfront about their hourly rates, and I was able to estimate what I thought it all might cost to get done. Our tech Javier was a really nice guy, checked out all my jobs and even found an issue with our water shutoff that needed to be fixed. I agreed to all of it and let him get to work. In the end, even with the extra work, the price came in under my estimate, which is always a nice surprise. And it was all well done too, no corners cut. We'll definitely call again, and ultimately, it all came down to being able to budget enough to get the work done from the beginning....read full review
