Holly is an exceptional teacher! Her classes consist of mindful sequencing and precision with alignment. Her attention to detail in person and for online classes via Zoom (which is not easy when there are a number of people practicing on a screen) is phenomenal. I'm quite picky with yoga teachers, so I'm grateful to have found Holly. I always leave her classes with greater awareness and a sense of expansiveness in my body.
I took the Saturday class with Alex yesterday. The pace is different from what I normally practice, but it's absolutely great. Nothing but nice words for this place. Alex was very patient with the students. He took his time to adjust and gave very good instructions. I will definitely take more classes when I'n in the area. Thank you!
