I did my research before moving to the desert and this was the first place I tried and stayed, 3 months now. Serene and quiet, unlimited classes for my membership fee and wonderful instructors and staff. So glad I found them. Worked my way up to 3-4 classes/week now.

Did my research and found this studio before I recently moved to the desert. The instructors are knowledgeable and inspiring and the atmosphere is healing and healthy. I made a decision to attend regular classes when I moved and I love my routine now. Saturday mornings for sure and usually at least one more class during the week with plans to add to that.

Friday evening came in for the 6pm class. I was greeted with front desk smiles and conversation. The studio has a nifty iPad self check in made it easy. The teacher Justin, phenomenal. He guides you in such a loving way, his cues, and posture correction are so helpful. He also gracefully reminded people to be mindful after classes for those still in meditation. At the end of class there was a pitcher of cold water sat out for students. I will definitely continue to recommend this place when people ask me where I practice hot yoga.
