It was my first time at Desert Nail Spa and it is located in an upscale shopping area. There’s plenty of street parking. The interior is bright and clean. It was a very hot day when I went, but the AC felt cool and crisp. All of the staff members are friendly and kind. I came in with a design picture in mind and it was no hassle to them! I had Angel clean up my cuticles and prep my nails. She was very diligent with taking care of them since I had gel x nails done previously. Katina is an artist! Always a 10/10 experience here. Been coming to this salon for years now and will always come back. The staff is always kind and my tech Autumn is always professional and does a amazing job. Try the Gel-x manicure and you will not be disappointed!

I was in town for a few days and picked Desert Nails & Spa because it was pretty close to the hotel and had good reviews. I had such a good experience that I wanted to leave a review myself.

Kim did a great job with my mani and pedi and it was truly relaxing. Everyone there was friendly, and they also recommended a great dinner spot for my husband and I to try (Okura Robata Grill & Sushi was great!). However, the reason I'm writing this review is that after my appointment I stopped by a store and a falling display piece gouged 2 of my nails. I went back to Desert Nails and Kim was very gracious and redid both nails happily and without charging me. Truly great service....read full review
