Lionel did a great job explaining the moves and we got a full workout, with plenty of fun and sweat. Her attention to detail in person and for online classes via Zoom (which is not easy when there are a number of people practicing on a screen) is phenomenal. Ann Marie was so kind as to have balloons and mimosas for us that we were able to enjoy after the class. The class itself was fantastic, she does a great job explaining why we do certain movements and how they can better our bodies. Can't recommend enough!“
