“The place is spacious, welcoming, and has everything you need. Its more of a old school bro gym with lots of equipment and machines. It has a large cardio area and a small functional fitness area.

The aerobics classes were packed and looked well run. They must be good!

We hit the stepmills, and arch style trainers. Then enjoyed all free weight hammer strength machines, hack squat, seated squat, all the leg machines, and chest machines.

We went 2 days in a row. 25 drop in but worth it. The locals were really welcoming and the gym had a great vibe.

If we come back to Palm Desert will for sure come here.

“SOOO glad I checked this place out. Took a 90 min 26/2 and showed up way too early but honestly loved having time to see the space. It’s BIG with two rooms and my class was in the smaller one which I was obsessed with. Instructor was clearly seasoned…you know when you can just TELL. Front desk was super chill and I somehow scored the cutest retail deal + a free sticker (yes please). Also traveling right now and being able to book on ClassPass app made it convenient.

Locker rooms are legit…lots of space, showers fully stocked, big vanity moment. And OK the BEST part…she did foot reflexology at the end like stood on our feet (with a towel) and I swear I would go back for that alone. SOOO good.

Only thing…very minor…studio could use a little deep clean soon. Nothing crazy, still a 5 star experience and I WILL be back. I love a classic hot yoga vibe and this one hits.“
