This was my first visit to Pacific Dermatology. I had been going to another Dermatologist that felt like a factory. Always many patients in the lobby and service was very fast and without attention. I was delighted to have the Opposite experience at Pacific Dermatology. The receptionist greeted me with a smile, then on to nurse Shirley who was very caring, professional and helpful. Dr Munyon had a wonderful bedside manner and gave the needed time and attention to any concerns he noticed. He also recommended a shorter wait time between visits to get things under control. I couldn't be happier that I made the switch to Pacific Dermatology and the entire staff there.

I had a very satisfying experience with Dr. Munyon yesterday overall, however, I am confused about the appointment process. When I made the appointment, I told the secretary that I had several things I wanted to discuss with Dr. Munyon and I wanted longer time. When Dr. Munyon came in he said we had a 10 minute time limit on the appointment . I explained that I had asked for a longer time, and he said that it had not been booked that way. My only complaint would be that the process for making an appointment should be made more clear to clients. It’s hard to stuff several questions and concerns into just 10 minutes. I love Alex she is the best. I want my husband to see her but she was not available. I’m thinking that I would like to schedule an appointment for my husband to come in to see her. He has a cyst on his lip and he wants second opinion From her
