I contacted James at Capital Care Plumbing while visiting my mother-in-law in Houston. We live in California, and as an electrical contractor myself, I know how important it is to find a reliable tradesperson when you’re outside your normal service area.
James was able to come out the very next day to take care of a clogged master bathroom sink. He and Joe were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire visit. James took the time to explain what was causing the issue and why it had likely developed, which I really appreciated. They resolved the problem quickly and left the work area clean when they were finished.
