Booked an appointment online, Jake Welch came out next day as requested (on a Saturday) and arrived at the time I requested. Measured up, brought samples and we did the deal there and then. Installation was back logged a few weeks. But Jake worked some magic and installed my carpets within the week! Highly recommend him and the company!

Oscar and his team arrived on time, kept us updated and made it very clear that they do not leave till we are happy. There were some special transition pieces required and Austin travelled more than 2 hours to get the pieces back to my home on the same day.
