Although they originally charged me full price before completing the job, after I complained that job was unfinished they issued full credit and the following week completed job for no charge! They make things right!

The initial service was $60 cheaper than a competitor, and the monthly rate was comparable. I will continue to use Modern Pest Control if they keep up the great work and reasonable prices.
