“This was my first time working with Tico. I contracted them for a kitchen remodel based on the recommendation of a friend that has worked Tico for years with great success. My experiance was excellant from design, estimating and scheduling with Luisa to project management with Gus. First off the project turned out excellant and we are super happy with the outcome. It was completed at the agreed budget and actualy finished early. Every single person I worked with from Tico from demolition ( shout out to Paublo), paint ( shout out to Jonathon), carpentry ( they did custom trim and hand built new drawers and installed soft close hinges), tile, granite counter tops and plumbing was professional and courteous and were diligent to keep the house as clean an undisrupted as reasonably possible during a significant project. Thesr are great folks that did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, at a reasonable price and a high level of quality. I will absolutely do business with Tico again and highly recommend them“

“Gil was fantastic, came out to evaluate my possible mold and water damage. He spent almost an hour in my boiling hot attic diagnosing the issue. Found out that i have some water overflow from my hvac unit. Ruled out mold and spoke to my HVAC tech to let him know what needed fixed. To even top it off he didn't charge me a dime. You don't find people like this everyday. Recommend recommend!“
