Ciara is the absolute best. I recently became a client of hers and instantly fell in love with her. She has the sweetest most genuine spirit, I felt like I had known her for years when I left. I've been using her products ever since! The shampoo gives the best tingle on your scalp. My favorite is the conditioner, my hair was so soft I thought it would break off lol! They both smell good too!! I also use the leave in conditioner and the gel. All of which are bomb!!!! She colored my hair before she moved, and didn't stop until I got the exact color I wanted. She gave me tips on how to care for it so it wouldn't break off. She takes notes when your there and discuss future styles and she's super professional

It's late, but here is my preliminary review of the Hair by Ci product line.
Ci has done my hair a few times. She is absolutely amazing and her space is so welcoming and empowering...especially the wall in the shampoo space. When I saw her launching a product line, I knew I wanted to support. I ordered and she called me that same night to let me know that I didn't order conditioner and I would need it (missed it because I was rushing). I added on the conditioner and my order arrived in 2 to 3 days. I got the hair oil, hair butter, shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner. I've been using the hair oil since the day I got the package, which was about three weeks ago.

Shampoo - I was nervous because it seemed watery in the bottle, but when I applied it according to directions, it was perfect. It lathered well and rinsed easily. I enjoyed the scent, which is very herbal.

Conditioner - This conditioner is thick!!! I literally didn't have the arm strength to squeeze it out! I had to take the squeeze top off and tap some in my hand. It has the same scent as the shampoo. I applied as directed and covered with a plastic cap. I rinsed after 35 minutes, and I promise, my hair felt like butter!!!!!! I just had a trim 2 weeks ago, so my ends were popping and my length was bouncy and hydrated.

Leave In - The leave in is a watery consistency, so I put it in a spray bottle. I spritzed my entire head and my brush just glided through with no resistance! I used the hair butter and oil in the loc method and twisted it up.

The packaging on this product is very nice, and the customer service was amazing. I'm glad to support, but even happier to have amazing products that do what they say they do!!!!
