Dr Bui and his dental hygienist were wonderful with my daughter and helping her feel comfortable and supported. She no longer fears the dentist, thanks to this team! Dr Bui spent time explaining everything and did not rush us. Highly recommend.
Today, Thursday, June 12th, I had my second appointment scheduled to continue my treatment plan at The Dentists at Grand Parkway. Upon arrival, Vivian and Chelsea greeted me warmly; they were very kind and professional. I was then seen by Gigi, part of the excellent team of dental assistants, who supported my dentist, April Kwan, the best!
Dr. Prapta is an amazing dentist. She is very personable and professional. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist at this office are superb sweet and professional. They don’t try to push extra services on you. No gimmicks or tricks. They really do care about their patients. I live 40 mins away but I make the drive bc of how amazing they are.
