Called for support on a non-working automatic gate after I replaced the battery for the unit. Company stayed on the phone with me asking some questions and reviewing pictures I sent over cell phone and owner highlighted the potential of a bad fuse and suggested a replacement before trying an expensive fix. Sure enough, the fuse fixed the issue and cost me $5. Even though work wasn't performed by the company, the time they took to stay with me on the phone, answer questions, and suggest a low cost fix would definitely get my business next time.
I purchased a body wave wig and install for my wife for our anniversary from AbundantBeautyBar and Monica made the purchase and install very easy. Monica was very professional and courteous. Maegan does a quick consult every time to see what direction I’d like to go with my hair. I usually tell her to do what she thinks will look best and it always turns out amazing! My mom and I had our wedding day makeup done here and it was truly amazing! I was from out of state so unable to do a trial and very nervous and they NAILED it. Makeup was not only perfect, but it held in the Houston summer heat. Truly did not move- and we took photos outside for an hour. The team was so nice, and so sweet! I can’t recommend them enough! I tried Andreza Lanzarote salon for the first time 4 months ago for Brazilian straightening because in the past my Brazilian only lasted 2 months and I wanted it to last longer. I was hesitant because the drive is 35 minutes for me. Not only did it last longer but Andreza and the rest of her team gave me outstanding customer service. She took the time out to explain the process and kept checking on me throughout the process. I was back there last week and this will be my go to salon from now on. A lot of salons that I’ve been to always try to get money from me by selling services while there that I don’t need but I didn’t feel that way at Andreza’s. Shoutout to Oscar. Got there and he was ready to go. Showed him a picture of what I was going for and he said he knew what to do. It was a mid taper, low taper kind of combo. He took it a little higher on the sides than I was initially thinking but the blending was great that I couldn't complain. Really good attention to detail and took his time to get it right. This review was long overdue but I went there on April 19, 2024 and she was able to squeeze me in before 6pm and I had read previous reviews and recommendations. She did not disappoint. I’ve been getting 2-5 compliments on a daily basis at work, since I work in sales and retail. The retention has been phenomenal and they have been super durable! Fixing to see if I catch her after work today to get a refill and see if we change the color/design. I also came back and got a pedicure and brow wax. I was super impressed with how amazing they looked. I always go to Ulta and get my brows done at the Benefit Bar but since moving back to town, finding a brow and nail tech in one spot is super convenient!! Ask for Rosie. That makes perfect sense! It's the first time I've ever had that done, in all these years. I highly recommend.

Top Notch Service. From scheduling to job completion, communication was clear and timely. Preston was very meticulous during the job and addressed all issues. He even took the time to fix a few things not on the scope of work which was very helpful. Other companies tend to leave a mess behind, they took the time to clean and ensured everything was working in the house before they left. Prices were fair for the attention provided to the job.
Lance and his assistant came out and did a great job. I was trying to get a repair done - the company that had installed my water softener had drilled several screws into a pipe, which caused it to leak. For many complicated reasons, they were unable to fix it. I called five plumbers in total. This company was the only one to return my call and show up. They gave me an acceptable estimate, was on time every time, worked with my schedule, and had it all fixed up in a couple hours. They also gave me a recommendation for dry wall and advice on how to fix the cracks in the concrete created by the leak. I will use them again if I ever need a plumber. I’ll also recommend them to everyone who might need one. Very professional, very respectful, and great quality work!

I have used MoreHands for a couple of years now and have always been happy with the cleans. More recently, I broke my leg and ankle and have been unable to keep my house to my normal clean standard on my own (dog hair, clutter, dishes, etc.). My cleaning team has done such an excellent job keeping my house clean, and being super compassionate about my situation. I won’t use another cleaning service while I’m in Houston. Our home experienced water damage from defected hot water tank. We were referred to Keystone by the Restoration contractor. I worked with Charmaine to select the products for restoring bathrooms, floors and fireplace. She was very patient and accommodating and provided design expertise. The entire crew who were responsible for installing wood flooring, tiling bathrooms and fireplace did a great job and were very professional. I highly recommend this company.
Very glad I used Sam for our floors. We got every square foot of our house done, including stairs. My wife and I could not be happier with the turnout. The installers were very professional, polite, and respectful of our home. Sam was always just a phone call away whenever we needed anything. They helped move furniture around, remove and reinstall toilets, as well as unhooked/reinstalled our stove/appliances. There were a few minor issues after the job was done (minor cosmetic), which can be expected when your entire house is re-floored. However, Sam responded immediately and came by personally to ensure everything was taken care of, which it was. I would highly recommend Sam for your floors.

Would rate between 4.25 to 4.5 stars, but don't want a 4 too heavily affecting their aggregate review so rounding up. First let me say we're REALLY happy with the final product. This was our second experience with doing updates to this home and at this point we think it's probably normal to expect that the job will take longer than they said it would (in this case significantly longer) and there's the potential for them to book jobs too closely together (I.e. during the first two weeks the main guy working did half days or wasn't here a couple times because of wrapping up another project). Foreman also wasn't here as frequently as we would have liked and that may have kept our project more in line with the projected timeline. With that being said like I mentioned previously we're VERY happy with the final product and they worked with us to address any concerns we had with certain things and Nathan (foreman) went above and beyond when it came to addressing anything we found with the "blue tape walkthrough". Carlos, the tile guy, does great work.

I've read all the MIB website reviews and must say I'm not surprised they all mirror my rating of excellent 5/5 stars.I had a rather complicated house remodel by raising a large sunken living room floor to match the rest of the foundation elevation. This included removal of some tile and carpet in adjoining halls/rooms as well as all the kitchen and foyer wood floors. It included dismantling a built-in desk and large cabinet as well as raising French doors, an arched window and surrounding brick work to include building brick steps on the outside to match the original 30 year old brick build. Other incidentals included sheetrock, electrical floor outlets and the meticulous re-assembly of all affected woodwork.Mike was not fazed by the task and conveyed to me how it would be done to my total satisfaction. He provided some options and explained it all so I could choose the plan that would work best for me. He met the timeline and his talented crew did a fantastic job on it all.And our new wood floor throughout is beautiful! The whole remodel is complete and you would not know it was not the original design. Mike did Make It Beautiful. MIB Remodel is getting my full recommendation and will be my 'go to' remodel company from now on.
Restore is commended for timeliness in project completion as well as high quality of their work. The door has been refinished by other companies over several years and their work doesn’t compare to the fine work as performed by Restore.

I originally used these guys because they were close by. They have now come out a few times ranging from replacing the back flow preventer, repairing cracked underground pipes, installing a new sprinkler controller box, and fine tuning the sprinkler heads. Each time they have have been prompt, professional, and have done a great job. Would recommend.

We hired Palos Landscaping to completely gut our current landscaping/yard and start over new. From irrigation, to French drains, rock beds and laying new sod. He was responsive and made sure we were involved in all the decisions. Overall, very pleased in how things have turned out.
No complaints, great people working there and super fast service. After paying, a lady showed up on a forklift in just a minute to load into my SUV by hand. I only got 15 pieces (~3 ft x 1.5 ft or so). I was trying to help load by hand but then the lady who was also the cashier came out and helped her load real quick. Very polite and respectful too.Grass looks to be in good quality, much better than I've ever gotten from Home Depot/Lowes. Will see if it holds up. They sell rocks too but no idea if a good deal.

I've visited Dr. Burleigh a few times in the past year. This is covered by my insurance.He has helped my back tremendously! He literally brought it back to life, so it feels like. He is very courteous and the staff is very friendly and kind. The only downside for me is that they are only open Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It's hard to get to the center those days. 100% recommend!!

I've been coming to see Dr. Thalji for over a year now, and it's absolutely the best decision I've made for my overall health. I originally came in for headaches, and Dr. T was able to alleviate the issue in one visit. Monthly adjustments have kept my body in its best shape. Any time an issue pops up (lower back stiffness, shoulder pain, etc.) Dr. T quickly responds and ensures my issues are addressed as soon as possible. The first Vet I ever went to with my Great Pyrenees was 6 years ago and I thought he was decent so I continued to go to him for 4 consistent years. I felt like he did the bare minimum and did not give me enough time for an EXPENSIVE visit.Today, Lone Star Vet is hands down my favorite vet I’ve ever been to. The staff is loving, attentive, caring, genuine, supportive, and productive. In addition to my Great Pyrenees, I have a one eyed cat who throws up whenever I leave for too long. I thought he would throw up the rest of his life, sadly. Until we brought him in and within ONE visit, found out that his throat was irritated and caused him to vomit. I’ve never felt so taken care of until I came here. My Great Pyrenees & cat get excited to come to the vet!
Hello...I am Benji Joy's mother. I want to give my review for this beautiful place where my baby dog had surgery 4 days ago, they were very kind and careful.I left him at 7:30am and they didn't give him to me until 2:30pm, because they made sure he had woken up well from his anesthesia.I picked it up with a lot of energy, which made me have peace and tranquility and we continued recovering. And the wound healed very well after only 4 days.

I think we found our vet for our mixed poodle! After trying a few places and looking at reviews and seeking recommendations we found really enjoyed the customer service here. Front staff and assistant were really nice. I really like how the assistant was conversing with me and reassuring I choose the right place. She had work a several places and said this is prob the best so far. The doctor was nice , informative, and not too pressuring on things. She told me what was going on as a check up. Gave me her medical advice but never didn't feel pressure I had to do xyz. Other doctors I've come across wouldn't almost give me a guilt trip about certain things that weren't that big a deal. They handle my dog very well which goes with how great the office staff is. The cost isn't too bad either so that's a plus. One think that caught my eye was a sign saying whne the candle is lit an owner is mourning their loss of their pet ( along those lines). Please be respectful. That sign is respectful in itself. Great place, great people, great prices.

I joined YogaDragon with their New Client special back in March and I've been hooked ever since. There are a variety of teachers and classes for absolutely anyone. Every single instructor are so beyond patient, welcoming, inclusive and wonderful. Even the owner as well! After meeting the owner I could tell they were so caring for each of the students and are willing to help out anyway they can. It's been such an amazing experience working through each instructor and taking the variety of classes that YogaDragon offered!

It was my first time doing Pilates.I applied for a 1:1 class.When exercise, you have to wear Pilates socks (there should be a non-slip on the bottom of my socks) and they sell them here.My teacher is Rosa and she was very passionate and taught me one by one very meticulously.I recommend this place if you want to do Pilates because there is also a group class.
I started taking classes at 22 Pilates one year ago and could not be happier. I have never been able to stick to any kind of exercise unil now - the classes are great, challenging and always switching it up (reformer, tower, chair, sometimes using accesories, etc.). I feel stronger than I ever have!Corie & Nicole are amazing instructors who push you to your full potential. All the ladies that come to the studio are friendly and the environment is great overall.Just love love love!!!PS: Yoga classes here are amazing too!!

They also do foot scrub. Hot stones is extra charge. They also charge a little extra for credit card payments. Loyalty card is good where you get a 60 min free foot reflexology after 6 massages. They get booked up so definitely call for appointments.

What a wonderful experience I am having with physical therapy. Jasia is so kind, caring, understanding, always asks for consent, and a wealth of helpful knowledge. This physical and pelvic floor therapy has been life changing in restoring my body after my three pregnancies. Her systems are helpful, her assessment capabilities are impeccable, and her education is very thorough. She is not only helps you with physical function, but relaxation, strength, and diet. A truly holistic approach. I never expected to love pelvic floor and physical therapy this much and for it to provide so much improvement in my daily life so quickly with such easy exercises that I look forward to doing because of the relief it gives me. In the years, following a stroke in February, 2018, including 2.5 weeks in a Rehab hospital, I have experienced many visits in various physical therapy departments throughout the Cypress area. During these many visits, and having received treatment for my continued disability, I can unequivocally state, that being under the care and Treatment from Ms Colleen Krouse, Lead Physical Therapist with FYZICAL THERAPY BALANCE CENTER - STONE GATE, I have never had a therapist share his or her physical therapy expertise as well as does Ms. Krouse. She zeroed in on my problems immediately, and her treatments and home care suggestions, are proving to be successful. This lady is an absolute WINNER!

First I want to say thank you to my instructor Mr.Larry Rand. He is the best instructor ever he took his time teaching me everything I needed to know. And he made the driving test so easy to pass. If you listen to his instructions driving will come easy to you. He will not let you down trust my words.
Teachers and other assistants were very nice. The class is simple and straightforward while also educating students pretty well without skipping on important things. Overall, especially with how I've improved my novice driving overtime from the class, I would recommend it to others seeking for a quick and smooth learning experience to driving.
