On Point Tree Service is great! They have a fast estimate at a reasonable price. They showed up the next day to trim large branches touching some of the roofs. We are an HOA and have strict requirements on which vendors we hire. They met our requirements and exceeded expectations. We will be hiring them for all tree related projects in the future.
Update:
After posting my original review, I spoke with the owner, Brian, who was incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely apologetic about my experience. He explained that the individual I had been communicating with was an independent contractor working under the company who did not follow the procedures and standards Brian expects from his crews.
Brian immediately sent his own team out the same day to clean up the wood shavings and finish the cleanup properly. The yard looks significantly better, and he also offered to help cover any increase in my water bill if it was impacted by the water being left running by the previous crew.

Alan and his team are amazing! Alan himself is kind- hearted, very fast responsive, attentative to customers’ concerns and needs. They do great work taking care of my property, hard work on a very hot summer day and patient yet quick with all my requests. They offer REASONABLE price! I appreciate them so much to help us to start a new life in this area 🌸🌸🌸
