I had an issue with the Toilet in the Master Bathroom, and I called Mercy Plumbing. They gave me the appointment the same day and John came earlier to my house to fix it. He is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. He also wanted to see the water heater, furnace and air conditioning and since this is an old house, he recommended changing and repairing some important stuff to avoid leaks in the future. He is awesome and I will recommend Mercy Plumbing for sure.

John the owner was great and super helpful. Told him I needed someone before 1pm and he made it happen. He located a leak in my house (in the water softener system) that I could not locate on my own. He then went around and checked all of my other plumbing appliances to check their condition and inform me for future potential work. John seemed very honest and well priced.
