I had an awesome experience at Grand Parkway Smiles! The office was welcoming, professional, and ran smoothly from start to finish. Marina, my hygienist, was absolutely wonderful — gentle, thorough, and very personable. She made me feel comfortable the entire appointment and did an excellent job explaining everything. I had a filling done today and the dental staff (Dr. Belivand and Aracely) did an amazing job. I start feeling a little anxiety in the beginning, but they were so patient and attentive the anxiety went away. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable. Went better than expected. Can't forget the sweeties at the front desk especially Bertha and Pati. They are always so friendly, welcoming and very professional. Check in and out was smooth with zero issues. It's alwys refreshing to be treated with genuine kindness especially in an era where good customer service sometimes seem forgotten. Love my dental office!!
They did so good went above and beyond this well definitely be my dentist im were i belong know and taking my daughter Laura , Dr Gomez and Teresa they did amazing with Aubri she even told them she feels better
