Clients appreciate the care and support provided, even during difficult transitions. The doctor is absolutely amazing, loving on pets and speaking directly to them. The cheese treats are so cool for them. Trish has the most wonderful and confident soothing conversational tone, with kindness and patience coming across the line like a beam of sunshine. Her professionalism and kindness reflect not only on the business but the doctors as well, showing that great, compassionate service starts from the doctors and is extended to the rest of the staff. They always bring you and your dog to a room immediately so you don't have any encounters with other pets, and are quick at taking care of your pup, with appointments usually taking around 30 minutes. Dr. Ruff was awesome! We go through Chewy vet care for all of our dogs, and every time has been the best experience! Most importantly, the staff makes sure our dogs feel comfortable, they care!
