Spring Green Pet Clinic is known for its friendly and helpful staff who care deeply about animals. The team is detailed and knowledgeable, making sure clients understand their pet’s care. They call to confirm appointments and are flexible with scheduling. The vets provide great follow-up care, checking on animals after visits. They are gentle and calming with pets during procedures, even with anxious animals. The clinic offers excellent support, especially for pets with special needs like diabetic animals. Overall, it is a trusted place with a caring and professional team.
Everyone at Spring Green & Highland Knolls is wonderful. I’ve been to both locations and never met better people.
We recently had to say goodbye to our 12 year old boxer and the staff was so caring in our hard time.
Maci always loved to go to the Vet to see her friends.
Very friendly staff and nice environment. They are in partnership with petland and petland does not always give the CORRECT information and that can be frustrating. However, this is not their fault
The best experience I have ever had with a veterinary team. The team (staff and doctors) is amazing! They are so friendly and helpful and care as much about our animals as we do. They made sure we understood everything they were doing and kept us in the loop the whole time our dog was there.
