Waxing The City is one of the best waxing salons I have ever been to. The front desk staff is always friendly and informative. Whenever I schedule an appointment I am seen at my scheduled time, I never have to wait. Asia, the person I go to for my waxing is the absolute best. She’s extremely professional, kind and skilled in what she does. I am not much of a talker and she respects that, she’s not weird or rude about it. 1st time.Wife is Asian, Indonesian in fact, and says American men are too hairy. Lol. Grooming is good, but full removal, that’s another story.I was extreme nervous, but put at ease from the start. Being middle age male, had my doubts about how I would be received, perceived. Never felt embarrassed one bit. Professional staff but kindly with an ingratiating friendliness. Was worried about my ‘exposure’, but not even to be concerned about, like going to get a hair cut at a fancy salon.Painful? After the initial ‘rrripp’ I was surprised, not too bad at all.
