As always, Dr. Gresham and Amy were wonderful. Our dog received the best care there on a recent visit. In addition, Alejandra, on the reception staff, made sure all was correctly submitted to insurance. We appreciate the online pharmacy and the good communication with their knowledgeable staff. We went in due to our pug vomiting 5x in a day and not wanting to eat. We were very nervous and worried and so was our pug. We let them know our dog is reactive to other dogs and they were accommodating with that . We got seen within a reasonable time (it’s an ER, so have patience and grace with them!) They were amazing at explaining everything to us. Their recommendations, their reasonings behind them and what our options were as well as transparent pricing. I found a kitten that needed a leg amputated and Cinco Ranch Veterinary Hospital was one of very few vets that could perform the surgery and the only vet that would give me an estimate for the surgery without a consultation. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and experienced about the surgery, and they were able to perform the amputation the next day. The kitten is now recovering. Cinco Ranch Veterinary Hospital was half the price of a well-known emergency vet hospital in Houston, and they didn’t charge me for the consultation. I am so impressed that I’m switching vets for life.
