We had carpets cleaned in 3 rooms on a house we’re renting. The lease agreement required us to have the carpet professionally cleaned at the end of our lease, even though the carpets were already quite stained when we moved in (from previous tenants or owners). To fully comply with the agreement, although I had low expectations due to the existing condition of the carpets before we became tenants, I was extremely surprised and impressed with the cleaning. 90% or more of the stains were removed and the carpet looks better moving out than it did moving in.
