Grand Westheimer Animal Hospital provides great and amazing service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderful. Dr. Chung is an amazing, genuine, and sincere vet with valuable expertise and experience. His love and concern for patients are beyond words, treating pets with kindness, gentleness, and love. He quickly helps find treatment plans. Some services, like teeth cleaning, are provided by a third party periodically, requiring proactive scheduling. Overall, he is a blessing and is trusted and recommended completely.
This is the first vet I went to with my first pet (cat) they were quick and very clear, the shelter said this cat had issues at the vet but she had the easiest time at this one! I’m also so grateful for their help through the phone! Every time I call with a question they are so kind and helpful, no matter the question I never feel dumb and I always hang up prepared!
Dr. Chung was awesome. My dog is an elderly French Bulldog and he took the time to thoroughly assess my dog and was extremely gentle and compassionate. He was so gentle that my dog didn't even notice when he had taken his blood for the heartworm test. His nurse Arielle was also kind and friendly. I was very impressed that the following day Dr Chung called to check on Moses. Dr. Chung also took the time to explain the risks and benefits of the Bordetella vaccine. He is a gem of a person and vet! I highly recommend this veterinary hospital.
Friendly and knowledgeable. I wish that the services offered were more complete. For example, if you want to have your pet’s teeth cleaned, a third party provides that service on a periodic basis. I understand that there are probably good reasons to have this arrangement, but it just means you need to be proactive and schedule in advance. Other than this minor nit-pick, we’ve had great service from Grand Westheimer.
