In general, great rescheduling a last minute change of the appointment, sorochi’s visión tests, Nyok Lee exam diagnostic and Carolina’s support on new lenses and frames.“

“Wait time was just that waiting. Front desk did not inform or apologize for the delay. Once I went to the front desk the receptionist then addressed the tardiness of my appt. She further explained it was the end of the year and that was the cause of the delay. When I finally made it to the back the optician and the Dr greeted me with an apology for the tardiness. Dr and optician were awesome!“

“I am so happy that I ended up going to this location and seeing Dr. Timmy Kavoor. My eye appointment appointments had been canceled at two different locations without any other explanation and I had made those appointments up to six months ahead of time and I was really frustrated, But when I called in to the main number, I was told that there was a doctor closer to my home that had availability and I’m so glad I made this appointment because from the moment of check-in the Katy Medical Center is sort of in no man’s land near Katy Asian town right off I-10 and 1-99 And it was easy to find, and there was plenty of parking. I walked in and check-in folks were professional. The nurses were kind. Dr. Kavoor Listened intently and understood my needs & my concerns. He explained the state of my eyes really well & gave good solid background and helped me understand. And he’s got a high degree of empathy. I’m definitely gonna recommend him to all my friends. The only thing is I arrived at 9 o’clock for a 9:10 AM appointment and I did not see Dr. Kavoor till 10:25 I think, But again, I had to have my eyes dilated and wait. It wasn’t anything major because the interaction and appt was worth it“
