Twice, I needed a service of some sort. I thought my discount wasn't much of a discount so I called Bill Anderson Air for an estimate. “UPDATE:

I have been a customer of this company for a few years now and the service has ALWAYS been excellent. I recently had to have them come out and check my unit to find out why the ac was struggling to go below 75 degrees. Daniel came out same day I called, checked and found the issue. I had to have a new evaporator coil replaced. First I was asked if my unit was still under warranty ( it was not ) then Daniel gave me a price on replacement. They came out the very next day and got me all taken care of and added a new pan and some dampers which would allow me to control the air in individual rooms. My unit works BETTER than before. I realize now that there may have always been an issue with that particular unit that was no where close to being 7 years old. Daniel explained and showed me what was done. The guys came well prepared with drop cloths to cover the area they would be walking so my carpet would not be affected. If you are looking for a good HVAC service company, please reach out to Service Pros. This is not me blowing smoke -- I leave honest reviews and I will always use and recommend this company to anyone who needs maintenance and or service for their HVAC system.

Float switches are one of those small upgrades that can save you from a very expensive problem. If a drain line clogs and the drain pan begins to overflow, the switch shuts the A/C off before water can damage your ceiling. Mr. Laz was incredibly professional, and was very respectful of my home, wore shoe covers inside the house, and explained exactly what he was checking. He quickly diagnosed the issue. Replaced the Electronic damper, performed a bypass of the electronic damper and duct work at a fair price. He even stopped by in the morning to ensure the AC unit was functioning properly.
