Christian and Amber were great to work with. I used Katy driving school for both of my kids. The process was easy and painless. They do a great job making sure your kids are ready for the road! They also offer lots of packages, even if you do the parent taught option to make sure your child is safe and ready for the test.

They don't answer the phone or emails and it's impossible to schedule lessons. Everyone that has experienced this should file a complaint with TX Dept of Licensing and Regulation. They deserve to be fined. Also consider a complaint to attorney general since they cannot provide the services they are advertising and it's dishonest. They cancelled an in person class and marked in their online system that the student was present which was impossible since they canceled the class. No refund or credit was given for that. HORRIBLE SCHEDULING system for drive times and it is nearly impossible to schedule the drives. I have tried logging on within an hour or two of the school posting drive time and every time, all the classes are taken. Try calling the school but it is always busy and you cannot even leave a voicemail. I have even tried emailing but no one responds to you. When I finally get a hold of someone, I am told that they no longer have any drive times and to try again in two weeks or log on randomly throughout the week to see if anyone has cancelled because people are allow to schedule multiple drives at once. How is this fair? They do not have enough drive times for all the students...read full review
