Great experience with Jacob at Katy Plumbing. He was polite and kept me informed throughout the entire process of replacing my water softener. I feel confident this one will last for as long as I own the house! He was very thorough with the estimate process and even got it installed the same day as my service call! He came highly recommended and he delivered!
Had to have a toilet mounting flange replaced. Our technician Saul was knowledgeable, skilled, and very kind. He completed a difficult job in just a couple hours. Great service from great people!
They were simply amazing!!! The gentlemen showed up as an emergency phone call. 1 hour early to help us out. Got to my house and went straight to work. He diagnosed a problem less than 30 minutes with the snake and a camera. He walked me through the process and what was wrong with the clog. When he was done, he picked up all his tools, clean all the areas and left my house like New. I was very satisfied with the service and the job that was done.
