Was very impressed with Michael from Frontier. He came out to do a rodent assessment, found no evidence of rodents, and that was that! He did not try to upsell any services and even pointed out a potential problem to have fixed and explained how to fix it. We did not need Frontier services this time, but they will be our first choice when we do!
Michael came out to help with a squirrel that got stuck in an insect sticky trap that was in the attic. We were worried since it was still alive and felt so bad for the animal so we moved it to the garage, and when Michael got here and saw it was still live, his first instinct was to help the animal by using cooking oil (olive/canola) and he was able to free and save the animal. 🙌
