“Cross Creek Veterinary Hospital is a lifesaver for our furry family member, Logan. When he was referred for a bowel obstruction surgery in July, they didn't hesitate and got him in immediately. The entire team was incredibly kind and attentive. Logan showed improvement overnight after the surgery. Catherine, the vet tech is one of only 2 i will trust with her as they know how to deal with her. The other techs get a bit too rough IMO and it causes her to get more frustrated.Overall great care. “We've been taking our dogs to Pet Medical Center of Katy since we moved here over 4 years ago. Although we don't always see the same Veterinarian, our dogs have always received excellent care, and the assistants and front desk staff are always friendly. The vets and vet techs are aways willing to listen to and investigate any particular concerns you may have. In the last couple of years they have been recommending / adding "wellness exams" and mid year exams. The staff will be happy to discuss those with you and remove them if you feel they are not necessary.“

The Vet was thorough and made sure our pup was comfortable throughout the treatment and ensured us that it is a process which may get worse before it got better.
