The technician Eric is competent, professional, friendly but no nonsense. My switches were quickly replaced and working properly! The cost is about what I would expect having had this done before. I would hire Goldstar again.
Called them to get a quote for gfci outlet hunting. Axel instead walked me over the phone for the common places they would trip and we had the issue fixed in 10 minutes. Thank you and will call you guys if a need ever arises (hopefully not) but stuff happens
Efren & Eric were both EXCEPTIONAL! In fact, the only reason Eric had to come back to “fix” the lights in our hallway bath was because my husband used incompatible light bulbs!?!? Eric was so kind and showed me how he tested to see there WAS power going to the fixture and it worked perfectly once the lightbulbs were changed! You have some talented, smart and polite young men working for ya! I WILL DEFINITELY call on these gentlemen again in the future!
