We have lived in our home for 11 years in the colony and started remodeling the last few years. This is the second time in those 11 years we have trusted Art and Karla with upgrading our home with beautiful wood floors and this time they did our staircase. Our upstairs has been completely transformed by good quality work. Art was more than fair in resolving all issues that arose and we ended up with good quality work. My Guy is the best HVAC company in the metroplex. Terry has been in this business over 35 years and he knows his stuff. Best part is he doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. He tells it like it is. He fixes what needs repair. He is responsive and his prices are fair. I highly recommend My Guy. I will use this company again and again!
Thought I already shared my Jayco experience. Chris and team have taken care of my heating and air for many years now. They have installed a new external unit for us, various maintenance, and repair. Always a good experience and they always seem to spot something that I could do better, which I appreciate. I can't say enough about how they do all they can to make your system work at it's best for as long as possible.
Great customer service and support. Heat went out during snow storm at 8pm. Team arrived quickly and replaced a faulty conductor. Will use Ali’s for any hvac needs moving forward
The owner is a very nice Korean couple that’s all I can say! I dropped off a queen comforter for dry cleaning 2 days ago and didn’t realize it comes with a cover.
They didn’t charge extra fees for cleaning that cover today when I picked it up.
They went extra mile for the customers!

Dr Zuberi is always wonderful and attentive and listens to her patients. The staff are quick and efficient and when you have a crises they act fast to get you care! The Dr also communicates on the health site and follows up on everything. This group is fantastic.

Jalyn, the owner, is truly outstanding. Her work ethic is incredible, and the level of involvement she has with her dancers, families, and every aspect of her studio is something you don’t see everywhere. You can tell how much she genuinely cares about the kids who walk through her doors and about creating the very best experience for them.
Our time at TYC ended up being very short due to circumstances on our end, but our experience was wonderful from start to finish. The teachers and staff were welcoming, encouraging, and invested in my girls from the moment we arrived. I am incredibly grateful for the time, effort, and kindness they showed our family.

Did a couples massage with my husband for my birthday, and it was the best massage we've had in Dallas so far! I actually woke up that morning with neck pain, and it was completely gone after the appointment. We felt so good and relaxed afterwards. Definitely coming back!

Full story is, I came out of the weekend with a terrible haircut from a “great clips”; needless to say it was not great, and I wasn’t sure how I could fix it.
I just so happen to meet Renee in her home on an unrelated visit as I am a flooring salesman and was assisting her with a project in her home.
Now this is where you get to see how awesome Renee is..!
She sat me down in her own home and fixed my hair while I was there. I didn’t ask her to do this; she offered to help me, and with her experience was able to do just that and more. She did a fantastic job and now I can feel confident again after the first mishap.
This is the kind of kindness you just don’t get to see everyday, and for her to do this on her day off just to help me out. All I can say is…I will only be getting my haircut at La Bella Salon from here on out and if you make an appointment be sure to ask for Renee! Thank you so much!
Such a nice hair salon with a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly from the moment I arrived, and my stylist did an excellent job. They paid attention to every detail and made sure I was happy with the haircut. I really loved the final result and will definitely visit again.

He makes getting a haircut easy, he’s friendly, easy to talk to, and you never have to stress about the haircut. Ive been 3 times and seen the lady, Thu (Two), twice now. She's given excellent service and great conversations. Love her honesty and willingness to explain and answer my questions. PLUS THEY SERVE GOOD DRINKS! I may drive across the metroplex but its worth it. She convinced me to switch from Acrylics to Gel X and now my natural nails are so much healthier, stronger than Ive ever had in my life. Coming back in 4 weeks.
I just moved her and have been searching for someone to get my nails done. I came across Sophia's Salon. So I texted her to make the appointment and I met Sophia today for my first time and I did really like her and her work. She did a very great job on my hand, and my brown wax. She is very sweet little one, she really took her time to take care of me. I will definitely comeback to see her again.

This is my 5th set with Anh and I’m just in awe every time. Prep time is not scarified by design time. She takes her time prepping your nails, prices are fair, they last forever and always on time. Such a great atmosphere and talented people! Cannot recommend enough!
My mom and I had a GREAT experience getting pedicures here. The classic pedicure is $30 and includes a scrub, massage, hot towel and everything else you normally get with a pedicure. Great price and gosh, great scrub and massage and my toes look so cute.
And I cannot go without saying how stinkin' relaxed I was watching ocean scenes from around the world scroll on the TV and staring at the ocean scene on the wall in front of me (pictured); I swear I could smell the ocean and picture myself walking out on that dock.

I popped in here after one of nails broke from another salon that charges double the price. I was nervous because it's small and not much to look at but baby was I wrong when it comes to their work. Van did such a phenomenal job I came back when I needed an entire set done and also got a pedicure. Both were superb with great prices and quick service without lacking in precision. I would highly suggest you make an appointment due to the small (but mighty) staff.10/10 no notes

An amazing and intimate shop tucked out of the way. You don't have to worry about yahoos stumbling in and interrupting your session. Dru is incredibly talented and experienced, and was able to design and ink a tattoo in between my existing pieces.

We've been using ENCO for years, for a multitude of issues. They have always done a great job, are always friendly and professional, and pricing has always been fair.
Our shower broke and wouldn't turn off. Our options were to shut the water off to the entire house or get a plumber out to the house ASAP. CPR Plumbing was highly recommended by a neighbor and I'm so glad I called. CPR answered when I called, had someone out within an hour and had the issue fixed within 30 minutes. They've earned another lifetime customer!
I've used Cazares plumbing for a few years and Daniel is always reliable, does a great job and is very fast to get in touch.
The plumber, Skyler, over a day early and fixed my drainage issue! My AC drains into the pipe beneath a sink. There was blockage further down the pipes. Water was filling up the sink from the AC unit and threatening to cascade over into the floor.
I had to turn off the AC unit to stop the condensation. The temperature outside was in the 90s! The house was hot and humid.
He listened to all the attempts I had made to fix the problem. Since I had used bleach to sorta reduce the blockage, he didn’t use any other chemicals as they would have reacted.
He ran a snake from the sink all the way to the treatment plant. It was a large snake. And behold! The blockage was removed!
Very polite young man. Knows his chemical reactions. Put everything back under the sink and cleaned up the area!
After a major water leak that ended up requiring foundation work, John Conroy was a huge help getting everything put back together. What impressed me most was that he wasn't trying to sell us things we didn't need. He showed us what flooring could be saved, helped us pick out the new carpet, and then somehow got it delivered and installed incredibly fast.
He also went way beyond the flooring—fixing loose stonework that had become a trip hazard and repairing shower tile damaged during the foundation work. Incredible service and high-quality work. I can't recommend John enough!

I had a great experience at Main Dentistry in The Colony for a crown replacement. Dr. Basavaraj and Vivian took excellent care of me from start to finish during the visit. Everything was explained clearly upfront, which made me feel very comfortable and informed about the process. Vivian did an outstanding job assisting Dr. Basavaraj and was thorough, professional, and attentive throughout the visit. The entire experience was smooth and reassuring. Update: I might have to change my opinion. I have been trying to get in touch with them for the post visit dental pain and no response for over a week - unacceptable! Pain is real problem

I took my 2 year old for her check up and the dentist was very nice and welcoming she put cartoons on for her and explained to her what she was going to do. They were also very patient since my toddler was crying. The dental assistant Erica was also wonderful and helpful she helped me schedule her next appointment and worked with my schedule such a sweet soul.
Three years ago, I went in for a regular cleaning. The dental hygenist, Shana, had done some extra investigation into a problem I'd had for over a decade. After figuring out what she could, she called in the dentist & after explaining her findings, he recommended braces. The first two Invisalign trays fixed the jaw pain I thought I'd have to deal with the rest of my life - that no one else had been able to fix or done the investigation that Shana did. To this day, she still goes above and beyond. I will be forever grateful that she did more than she had to that day and that she continues to serve with excellence. Today, Dr. Albeer noticed something else and I'm hopeful that it fixes another problem! The rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful and I so appreciate their service every time I visit. Highly recommend this location and Dental Depot in general.
I went there because I couldn't eat on my left side after recently did a crown at another dental place. Dr. A was amazing. She listen to me and told me she will adjust my bite, then bim, now I'm able to eat and all smiling again. So happy I went to this place. Mercy at the front desk is AMAZING, she called my by my name the whole time and I loved it.
I have had the awesome experience of a deep teeth cleaning when I first moved up to DFW. I found D.Dental through Instagram of all places and was treated very pleasantly | kindly. I have since, come in for a cleaning or two, whitening and for an absess from a wisdom tooth that was impacted. The impacted wisdom, required surgery and they got me in really quickly and cut that tooth out. Staff is outstanding-front to back, just outstanding. DR.Daniels is outstanding, kind and a lovely Professional. I am about to make another appointment for what looks like another absess-*I had dental through the military the entire 1980's and despite taking care of my teeth, there was some work done that was an issue, so, grateful I found a really good dentist.
I’ve been having some pain with bursitis in my knee, but after getting Physical Therapy and treatments, my knee feels better. This is not your usual chiropractor’s office, where you get a quick adjustment and out in 5 minutes. There are many different options and people to help you, even physical therapy and medical treatments. I recommend Stonebridge Health.

I called the office this morning with moderate to severe neck pain that I've had for about a month. They got in same day! They still had my records from over 5 years ago and were able to compare today's X-rays to my last set on file. Dr. Black was attentive while asking me questions about my level of pain and discomfort. She gave me a full evaluation, adjustment, and exercises to do at home. I already feel better after the adjustment.

Dr. Chris Durham has been my vet since 2020. First - in 2020, he wasn't scared to let people come in the room with their pets and be with them - he encouraged it. He is thoughtful, very thorough and has seen me through a cat with cancer, another cat with thyroid disease, heart disease, beginning kidney disease and blindness. I'm writing this as we are iced in. Before the storm hit, I called because my cat was having what seemed to be a neurological episode (probably cardiovascular now that i know more) He got on the phone with me and directed me to another animal hospital, because if he needed overnight care, his team doesn't do that - which i already knew and respected. I ended up at MedVet Dallas - told them that his vet was Chris. They sent over all of my pet's paperwork and low and behold, the AM of the ice-pocolypse, Dr. Durham calls me with his information, discussing what was found, next course of action and what we would do. I told him to be safe on the streets and he said it was a priority for him to come in, in case anyone needed him and his team. I can't express my gratitude enough to him and his team. He will always be my trusted veterinarian.
