I went here once before and loved it. I have been trying to schedule another appointment but I can't even get ahold of them. I filled out the online form again and have been calling every so often over the past few weeks (left a voicemail too) but still haven't gotten a response. Every time I've tried calling it just goes to voicemail and nobody calls me back.

I've been looking for a salon and a stylist that I can regularly go to, and hadn't been having much luck. I came upon Daisy Ortega's profile on Instagram, and made an appointment to get a balayage and hair cut from her. I'm so happy to have found her! She did a great job on my color and cut, and really understood exactly what I wanted. She gets my hair type (long, thick and textured). She's also a great conversationalist, and I enjoyed getting to know her. Most of all, I appreciated that she didn't try and rush me out the door despite running over the time allotted for my appointment. The salon itself is cute, brightly lit and inviting.
